Y-W Well Testing Services Provided

1. Remote Soil Moisture Monitoring
   1. Description
      1. Remote soil moisture monitoring. The moisture monitoring system allows you to receive soil moisture readings through any device with internet access. Moisture readings from three depths are taken every hour and uploaded to the internet. Also a rain gauge is installed at the site to track all irrigation events.
   2. Services Provided
      1. Y-W will install a moisture monitoring system in the field to determine soil moisture levels in each field.
      2. Y-W will monitor the soil moisture levels on the following fields throughout the growing season.

• Y-W will remove the unit at the conclusion of the growing season.

2. Irrigation Water Management (IWM)
   1. Description
      1. The IWM program offers a weekly report including soil moisture levels at five depths. The program also offers a (PCC) well test to determine annual water usage.
   2. Services Provided
      1. The irrigation well(s) located on the property described on the following page will be tested (as needed to stay in compliance with the state) for power consumption co-efficient (PCC) or certification of water meter.
      2. Y-W will install gyp blocks on the fields described on the following page to determine soil moisture levels in each field.

• Y-W will be responsible for taking readings from all power meters and rain gauges on the properties described on the following page on a weekly basis.

1. Y-W will use the PCC testing and determine the amount of water pumped and the evaporation transpiration (ET) data on all water used on the properties described on the following page.
2. ET will be used to forecast future water needs.
3. Y-W will provide a weekly report providing the information accessed throughout the week.

3. Well Administration
   1. Services Provided
      1. For irrigation uses the well and irrigation site will be visited during an irrigation season at least five times to administer expanded acres and/or co-mingled acres. One visit will be made before pumping begins, one after the pumping ceases, and the remaining will be spaced during the irrigation season to allow for effective administration.
      2. Readings and reports will be sent to all necessary parties involved including 6.1 water usage form to the state.
   2. Well Tests/Meter Verification
      1. Services Provided
         1. The irrigation well(s) will be tested (as needed to stay in compliance with the state) for power consumption co-efficient (PCC) or certification of water meter.
         2. Y-W will supply a report providing information including pump efficiency and PCC. Also Y-W will submit (3.2) well test form or (3.1) meter verification form to the state.
      2. 1 Water Usage Form
         1. Services Provided
            1. Y-W will visit the irrigation site two times during the year. One visit will be made before pumping begins, and the other after the pumping ceases.
            2. Y-W will submit a (6.1) water usage form to the state.
